Aquaterra - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!

Aquaterra came in to present to Year 4 Warblers class about ways to help the environment and how their company is helping.

The children took part in a sorting activity, with high levels of engagement and the children showed off their knowledge from their Geography and Science topics. The eco-warriors especially stood out and shared with Aquaterra what they do around the school and asked them for advice. Aquaterra will be in touch to arrange future sessions and will attend our careers day.

Warblers class had the pleasure of learning about Reuse-Recycle-Renew. The children had fun learning about how long it takes for various synthetic and natural materials to decompose. They also discussed what they could do at home and in school to help our planet. Our CDP eco-warriors suggested different bins outside in the playground and litter pickers. It was a great, educational visit which the children thoroughly enjoyed.
