Charles Darwin Primary Welcomes New Principal
BackAt the end of the Easter term, Charles Darwin Primary saw Mr Sullivan step down as Principal and move to a new role at Inspiration Trust. Today we welcome our new Principal, Maxine Sebire into her new role, who will be leading the school going forwards.
Ms Sebire, previously Head of School for an “Outstanding” school in London, has recently relocated to Norwich and has been the Vice Principal at Charles Darwin Primary since Summer 2023.
Throughout her career Ms Sebire has gathered a wealth of experience in leadership and teaching in a range of settings, both nationally and internationally.
As an educator, Ms Sebire promotes a values-based culture, fostering a lifelong love of learning, striving for excellence, growing ambition and ensuring pupils achieve their highest potential in all areas of their lives.
Ms Sebire said:
"I feel honoured and privileged to be leading such a wonderful school with dedicated staff and great children.
I am passionate about education and have high expectations, not only for myself but for all members of our school community.”
