Meet our Team

Mr Williams joined Charles Darwin in 2023 as Assistant Principal and the school's Key Stage 1 and English lead, and is now Vice Principal and Attendance Champion. He has substantial experience of the primary school learning journey through his teaching experience in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. He is passionate about the importance of building reading-for-pleasure cultures within schools and providing equal opportunity to high-quality, evidence-informed teaching practice to all children.
